Methodology By leveraging our team's combined expertise and long-term experience working with industry leading organisations, we are able to efficiently and effectively run technically-driven projects very successfully. To support this process, we have adopted the widely accepted Prince II Project Management Methodology. This system's approach is to utilise a number of standard templates, e.g. Project Brief, Project Initiation Document, Project and Stage Plans, Highlight Reports, Quality Plan, etc., with clearly defined deliverables and mile-stones. Project IT·CAP have already seen significant benefits in utilising this methodology having already used these proven concepts to deliver a number of successful projects, covering small to large (5 to 50 project members), and consisting of a variety of heterogenic infrastructures and industry partners and suppliers.
