Mission The mission of IT·CAP: Successfully design, select and, implement scalable, reliable e-business solutions. This mission is accomplished by our select team of specialised IT professionals, each of whom has a solid and proven experience working with heterogenic environments for the top 100 Dutch companies. With this wealth of experience and expertise, we help our customers make the right strategic choices when implementing their e-business environments. Knowledge IT·CAP and its consultants have an excellent reputation for their knowledge of: business processes, design, scalability, high availability, performance & tuning, implementation, etc., independent of the selected operating system or hardware platform. Therefore we are able to guide our customers and provide them with independent advice or recommendation. To maintain sustain high standards al knowledge, of all our employees have an academic education and regularly attend courses and workshops to keep current with the IT sector. Abilities Besides theoretical knowledge, our employees also have broad experience and backgrounds in a variety of disciplines, including: implementation and system management projects, and coordination of teaching courses. Due to this practical work experience, we are not only able to offer advices, to also assist our customers during the implementation and roll-out phases of a project. Coaching We take coaching of our employees very seriouly. Because we have less contact with our employees compared to traditional companies (due to our contracting model), we try to coach our employees in an alternative manner. Besides information evenings, where our employees can exchange their thoughts with, their colleagues, we regularly visit our employees at the customer site and we often organize a 'fun' events.
